By combining 5G and RFID technology, material information is transmitted remotely from the headquarters to the plating line system in the branch factory area, and the plating system automatically generates the process parameters required for production to ensure the stability of plating quality. Jinxin has established a 5G mobile network covering the whole factory, and adopted the telecom 5G/MEC smart interconnection solution to achieve the data collection and system application in the whole field area. The 5G industrial network is used as a key sub-network of the industrial wireless network to realize the wireless network management of the production process. More equipment and devices will be accessed in the future to further expand the scope of 5G technology applications.

Jinxin started digital transformation in 2019. The system automatically collects the information of production personnel, processing data of equipment, and information of material parts through barcode and RFID, and installs industrial readers on processing equipment and line body to collect real-time data of equipment. Real-time data collection and system analysis are carried out for the operation execution status of the whole process of production, such as on-line, processing, completion, process quality inspection, final inspection, packaging and storage, to improve the production efficiency of the production process, ensure the visualization of the data collection process, and realize the digitalization and transparency of the production process.
